Hey Everyone, just made this account as owning and operating a B&B is my dream job, and I'm hoping to start building it into my 5 year plan. I'm currently working in corporate america, based in Chicago, with dreams of pivoting careers and opening something here, or back home in NW Indiana.

I'm already learning a lot more from skimming posts here, and will probably be posting with some pretty beginner questions. Glad to meet everyone.

In thew City or in the Burbs? I did what i call a 24-year sentence in the Burbs before getting home to my beloved West Virginia. I just started year #29 with my B & B. Ask questions - one at a time - and I will answer to the best of my ability.
