My first thought is wondering what the draw is for out-of-town people in the area you are looking at? A university? A theme park? State park? A b&b or inn both need a reason for out-of-town people to come to your area, no matter how wonderful the building is.

Good point. I don't have anything that doesn't easily go into the washer. My washer and dryer are busy, busy, busy after a full house, with all the linens, towels, and bath mats! Ever notice how many people don't use a wash cloth?

Each king bed has four standard pillows but instead of stacking them == I place them lengthwise IIII so they can all be under the bedspread. I find guests like the standard size better than king size pillows.

Mac and I have a chandelier as the center light in our private bathroom. I wanted it over the extra large walk/roll-in shower but my son the electrician said it is against Texas code over a tub or shower. Just sayin'.
