Want tips? Put an envelope with a thank you card in the room closest to the door. Hand write thanking them for staying with you and wishing them a safe trip home. Also put a post -it inside card which says Comments and Suggestions on how to serve our guest better. At the B&B our tips went from $5 to $20 overnight and much more often. The guests often took the card and left the tip in the envelope. We saw it as good advertisement.
