Peeps - so many uses

trying to get inspiration for Easter breakfast. We are continental only. I think I will garnish my parfaits with peeps. What do you think? Tacky? Fun?
Any ideas that have worked in the past?

So far - and it's only 8 months, we have not had anyone ask for restricted diet foods. I generally leave it up to the guests to manage their own diets. But knowing that, I'll be sure there are foods not touched by the peeps. Thanks.

Since you offer a breakfast buffet, I wouldn't concern my self with special diets. They see what you have to offer on the buffet, and they take it or not. it's not like you are going to offer to cook them something special. It's just like at a hotel buffet. They take what they can eat. Would someone tell the front desk they are vegan...I doubt it.

Please if you do offer peeps, can you also have them available for s'mores...if you don't have anything outside like a fire pit, then perhaps a make your own s'mores inside as an evening treat. Go to pinterest, you will find a gazillion ways to make s'mores for a group, or buffet type.
BTW if you haven't, they are easy to make in the microwave. super easy. be careful don't get burned! I say to the children out there. Not as fun as playing with long sharp sticks around a blazing fire, of course.

I saw the peeps s'mores while I was obsessively surfing the 'net for Easter breakfast ideas. Very colorful!

Great use for them
The idea is to melt them as they are going stale, so I can see that being a terrific use!
