One of our guests from Barcelona asked for a slice of bread, a slice of cheese, a fresh tomato, and a bit of olive oil. She then rubbed the tomato over the bread and then put on the cheese and drizzled it with olive oil and sprinkled on salt and pepper. It looked delicious. She said it's a very common breakfast in Barcelona.
