Hoping someone knows ... looking for wall lights that plug in?

times like these i wish i saved every receipt and scrap ... i bought wall lights for the inn that look like the ones i'm showing here. crummy picture but i grabbed it from the inn website where the ones i bought still live.
no idea where i got them and i can't find similar. i am looking for brushed nickel but would go with a similar look ... crazy that when i renovated my house before selling we were into aged bronze and now i find that finish everywhere i look
financially i'm pinched and can't bring back the electrician for more wiring right now ... because it's a condo i'd have to get yet another inspection.
does anyone have lights like this or have you seen them anywhere?
i can buy the cord covers if they don't come with them
shot in the dark, but maybe someone knows?

Have you tried Restoration Hardware? You can always paint them. We spray painted all the shiny brass fixtures here.

If you find something you like in a "hard wired" fixture and are a bit handy, you may be able to use a box like the link below to attach to the wall and run your own "plug in" cord

Sad, but these days it seems everything is made overseas and promptly replaced with something new and improved almost immediately. Hope you find something to suit your needs.

Thanks all. I ended up buying two plug in wall lamps/sconces at $150 each more than I intended to spend but I think they will match my ceiling light.
