It's pretty good if I do say so myself. It's very moist, no tomato taste at all. I'll post the recipe I used.Green tomato cake is in the oven. It must be something like carrot cake. There's a lot more 'tomato' than batter.
And I didn't use this recipe on here. I had already printed out another one. SImilar, but the tomatoes are in the batter, not on top..Pls let us know how it turns out.
