We are not even close to peak yet, so will have to wait a few more weeks to post anything..

This is on US Rt 19 less than a mile from the house. I took this Sunday and it is just a beautiful today.

I have never seen the colors like we have now and we have another week before they peak. It is supposed to rain tomorrow, so I will get out and try to get some pics on Sunday when it is sunny again.

This is our town. You can't really see it. The left white building is the court house, jail hospital etc. Our place is between the courthouse and that rocky knoll you see in the middle. We are at 1400 feet. I took like 5 of these to stitch together as panoramic - but haven't gotten that far yet. tinpics at the end for larger views of these images:

gorgeous neighborhood. The pictures are enhanced, but it is easy to see what beautiful area you live in.
I have no idea how to post pictures here. I suppose they need to be uploaded to something like snapfish or photobucket. I am too lazy for that

Here is the sunset from our porch - I am from Southern CA and totally UN-ENHANCED.

Sugar maple still vibrant, I will attach a few from this morning after we had rain last night...the leaves were fluttering down on my head as I took them. See folks, we actually do have a view here, but we don't have it from all the rooms. This view is from the one room west front of the house. So i don't say we have a view.
