Just check on "inns for sale" and they run close to half a million or more for a nice one like this one. The lower price ones usually need lots of work. This one is a Five Star B&B and voted Best B&B! Pick up your phone and call now before its too late!!!!!!
Also check B&B for sale on this forum. We got ones in Alaska, Virginia, Rhode Island, and Vermont to name a few!

I have been here and to the inn in Virginia - BOTH are "top-drawer" properties. If I were 20 years younger and did not have so much West Virginia flowing in my veins, I would buy either one of these.
