Just posted a change from our Thursday night specials, the price went up 4 pesos. Which is about .30. Got a FB message saying "I don't think so". OMG- The old owners were charging more than 25 pesos more for this same dinner! Wow! And this person has been nothing but nice to me. Just wow!

Made Panna Cotta last night for desert- no one had heard of it and everyone loved it. Even asked for the desert when they saw what others were having. So thanks!!! I used David Lebotiwz's receipe. by the way, I am making only cold deserts that require no baking so this is perfect.
