    I agree. I sold that inn over 2 yrs ago and yes all GC were taken care of at closing, but of course now that he knows the name of my new Inn I am affraid that could be a great TA comment .

    Would you sell your room tonight for 1/2 price?

    NO WAY I will not give a room away for 50% off. I might do a 10% on that day . We do a very nice breakfast, afternoon snacks and pay for someone to clean the rooms so in the long run it would not be worth it. I would lose $$$

    Fire Sprinklers Anyone?

    When I had my older Inn it was grandfathered so I did not need a sprinkler system, however the new Inn I bought a 1 1/2 ago already had the system installed so that was great. It can be very expensive to put a sprinkler system and the fired codes you need to follow. The best of luck
