    I have two land line phones in full view on the first floor. Our cellular service is spotty at best for Come From Away's. They use the phone to make reservations, check to see if something's open, etc. I have Yak long distance and it's literally pennies for a call so I happily let people use...

    Not sure where Canada fits in list of destinations. Newfoundland has appeared on many traveller's bucket lists (see Innkeep). I've seen a great influx in Americans and Europeans travel here extensively.

    Slower this year

    So far, June is up by 25% and I only have a few rooms left to sell until the end of the month. Been lurking, not posting. Too tired. Had a walk in yesterday that asked for an extra night once I gave them the 'ole tour. Couldn't do it. So glad I've got a weekend booked off in July. Come on July!
