Yeah and on #2, some B&B bathrooms are shared, but overall a nice little list worth having out there.

I especially like #8. (I was just at Mom's helping her with Christmas cards. I was about 10 minutes away from stipping nekkid when it was time for her to go to the dining room for lunch.)

Someone must have read it - I have all 3 rooms booked for 2 nights right after Christmas while they visit family in the next town over. LOVE IT!!!

Please don't open the windows if you're too warm! Oddly, with storm windows (which must not be common in most of the country) guests can open the windows all they want, the storm windows make sure the heat doesn't go outside.
