I guess I'm your counter type. I won't touch a soft cookie at all. The crunchier the better. And no chocolate at all. If it has peanuts, they better be as nuts and not as peanut butter. To me a soft cookie is a cake that didn't make it.
Gingerbread boys or ginger snaps..
It's funny I am not a fan of ginger and would never buy these, but I do love them for the decor, and to make Christmas ornaments from them! They are so cute.Country Girl said:Gingerbread boys or ginger snaps.

Then again, I sell my confections at $1.50 to $1.75 a piece in packets of 6 or more. 3.5 cm (about an inch and a half). When I was in LV they were $2.25 a piece and commercially formed. They had them at one buffet and people were grabbing them like there was no tomorrow.... and they weren't great, they used jam and they were overly sweet.I guess I'm your counter type. Your choice is my last choice (for this exercise) a "bake sale" type event.
I remember in Australia the big bake sale item that I loved were Lammies. They sold out every time!

Because there are some 'I wouldn't buy that' comments, here's mine - brownies. I'm fussy about brownies.
But I would buy fudge. LOVE fudge..
Me too. Dry brownies, blech. They are always that way, unless we make them.Madeleine said:Because there are some 'I wouldn't buy that' comments, here's mine - brownies. I'm fussy about brownies.

I think maybe we should keep microwave fudge ingreds in the house for the B&B guests this Nov thru end of Dec. It is so easy. 10 minutes - here is one
