Special Birthday Gift

We have POTENTIAL buyers coming from out of state this weekend and staying 2 nights with us. He wants to see all the sights, and find out about our town (which could eventually be his - his current town only has a population of 2k). He said he wanted to take us out to dinner to discuss the possible purchase!
We are making a list of all the things to show them, and taking them to, to show off our town and that we have great tourism.
He sounded very positive, and QUALIFIED financially, and as we talked we discovered we had SOOOOOooo many things in common! Things they could not have known ahead of time. So much so, that I had major goose bumps! OH, and he called me on my Birthday to talk about it! What a neat birthday gift... the gift of hope!

Oh Wow . I hope all pans out well for you. If it is meant to be it happens so quickly. I know in our case it worked so fast .. It scared e. Had to step back and make sure we were doing the right thing. It was beautiful in the long run. I look back and see how neat it was that all worked out just wonderfully. So with that I hope it goes as well as our s did when we first bought our house and turned it into a B&B. Keep my hopes up for you . Best of Luck
