Ours have removable, cleanable filters. Housekeeping will put them in the sink and soak with a bleach solution while they start stripping the room. Will rinse and reinstall when done.

Lots of options. Where I’m at is keeping everything in the room instead of dragging stuff to the kitchen to wash. The screens are too big to be carefully washed in the bathroom sink.
