So You Want to Eat WHAT?

No fat, no carbs, no eggs, no cheese, no tomatoes.
So basically just oatmeal? Or is oatmeal a carb? How about hummus? Green peppers? What do I serve with minimal effort?

It's the 'minimal effort' thing that throws me off. But, I would suggest sauted veggies. OTOH, I would have asked them what they WOULD eat. Not that I would make that for them, but I would ask.

got it. Strawberry soup. Use fat free yogurt.
Ingredients
2 cups hulled and sliced fresh or (thawed) frozen strawberries
1 cup orange juice
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Whipped topping, as needed
Fresh mint sprigs, optional
Directions
In a blender, combine all the ingredients but the whipped topping and mint and process until smooth. Ladle the soup into bowls and top with a dollop of whipped topping. Garnish with mint, if desired.

I will. I have enough to worry that minimal effort is the way to go. Until they added the "carb free" I was bending... carb free isn't a diet for health, it's a fad. I don't do fads.

Only whipped topping around here is real 35% fat whipping cream. The rest I can max single serving of, thanks.

You are so funny!
The syrup shown is for poison control. It is much worse than any normal vomiting. Many times our first responders carry it with them (firefighters). Those who do foster care also are required usually by their state to have it on hand.
Activate Charcoal is what most people keep on hand for younger children (poison control)
