One of my Vets posted a very nice review. So I went in to do my usual response. I looked down the list of reviews and was surprised to find I have a management response Pending - from 2011. It was a good review so I am certain I gave a nice response. Interesting. Wonder why it is pending.

How can you respond to a review on T A without giving them your CC number? When I go to respond it ask me for that, not going to give it!

Is this the first time you've done a response? I seem to remember this coming up before years ago.

I respond all the time without a CC number, but I have a business listing.

I responded to many reviews before I had my business listing and NEVER did I ever have to provide them with a credit card. That's weird.

I would contact TA about that. I have never been asked for my CC information in order to respond to a review.

Did you "claim" you listing? I have never given TA a cc#

I think that's it. Way back when ta was asking for your credit card to verify you were the owner. I don't think anyone gave it to them so there were other ways to prove ownership. I bet it involves a sales pitch now.

Thanks I got it fixed. I had 2 accounts, they will merge them.
