Ahhhh, hate to burst your bubble but I wish. My daughter is the neatnik. I DO manage to keep guest areas neat, tidy, and clean. However, I am certain that JB snorted her coffee all over the monitor when she read your post. SHE, Ice, and Innkeep have seen my office. At this moment, as I am going thru some tubs that were in the attic, there is a huge garbage can with a shredder balanced across it - in addition to the tubs I am working on and the usual stacks.
There is a cement-filled steel post at the corner of my lot - I think the Gillums had it installed to keep the drunks from hitting their wall as they turned into the alley and it is a favorite place to receive pop bottles, beer cans, McDonald's cups and McDonald's bags grace my yard as it seems they finish whatever about the time they get to our corner. We had to have the wall rebuilt the last time it was hit (by a drunk who quickly left) - the shock waves were the once too many times and cracked the entire wall.
