Old Gift Certs

I had some gift certificates printed but in 2 years havn't used any. People if they are buying it as a gift for someone else tend to just pay the price of the stay (ie my daughter is comming on the 1st can I pay for her stay?) and then they do it over the phone.

Since nkeeprs has not indicated otherwise this must be a paid GC - not a donation.The inn was sold 2 years ago - but how OLD is the GC? I agree, you settled debt with new innkeepers and it is their policy now. Does nkeepers even remember the person? Do not worry about the 1000 lb gorilla. If a snarl is posted, sweetly state the inn that sold the GC was sold 2 years ago and all purchased GCs stayed with that inn.
That should also be the reply to the voice mail message.
