Odd comments or questions

12 noon " the parking lot is empty I thought you had guest ? , "Can I see the mountains out my room window, I want a view." "I didn't ride the bikes as I didn't want to pay the fee" " we never used the Hot tub as you never told us how to turn it on" "Didn't drink or eat the snacks in our frig as we didn't want the extra charge " the list goes on & on because they do not read their Confirmation or simply ASK. Such is life .......

Here are a few:
- We are bringing our road bikes and don't ever leave them outside. Can we bring them into the room. Nope (you can leave them outside the front door under the giant covered area but not bring them inside. (I don't want bikes taking up my entryway and would be horrified if the pedals scraped all along my hallways.)
- I know your website shows you are set back from the road but were those pictures doctored and you're really not in the woods? Can you take pictures and send them to me? Sorry, but go ahead and type our address into Google maps and turn on the satellite feature - voila, we're exactly what we say we are.
- We'll be bringing a bunch of food to cook, what time can we use the kitchen? Answer - NEVER, insurance company doesn't allow it.
- To my husband during breakfast - Here's my breast milk, can you put it in your kitchen refrigerator please!!! I'll have several more today as well. She handed him the warm milk she just pumped. This prompted me to get a small refrigerator for pumping women which I also setup for my diabetics.
- What do you mean we have to rent the entire place to bring a group. We only want half of the rooms. Sorry, groups rent the whole place or nothing. So you don't want my money? No, we know we'll be full that weekend like every year for the past 10 years so we're all set. So is that what you want the review to state - that you don't like groups? No, just that groups have to rent the entire place is fine. Thank you..

IN the UK you arn't event allowed to put your own personal food in with guest food never mind anything else!

I get - I have quarters in my horse trailer, I just need the stable.
It says in bold red on my web site and on all the horse sites I list on - the stable only overnights the horses of our guests.
I have gotten the "sensitive" call twice over the years. I started out trying to accommodate until she actually asked about air from any factories in the area. I suggested she would be better off elsewhere. Then I had the invisible guest who booked 3-or 4 times - a week at a time - because her neighbors had the lawn guy spray the lawn. The last week, the card did not go through (expire year must have changed) and I let it go as she never came. (I charged the card every week as she booked the next week.) She did call and say she had actually gotten an hour from Pittsburgh and realized how far she would be from her doctors and turned around. I never did see her.
