Wow. Great location. A pile of a place, would need a lot of help running this one. Someone will end up with a spectacular location to live in. Wonder what the winters are like.

Not mine. Down the street from us. Anon, the winters are tough. Snow, ice, wind, sea spray. A good storm would be scary that close to the ocean. In a very big storm, windows can break. It's rare but it has happened.
