I would die, y'all. No way could I handle this kind of occupancy for more than a couple weeks at a time. Even in the busy months (summer), my overall occupancy is around 65%..

May - sept is our busy season, Mar, Apr and Oct fairly busy in an average year, Dec-Feb very quiet. So we have to cram them in and take their money in the summer. We do about 65% over the year as well.
