An inquiry came while DH was in the hospital during December. They wanted the apartment for August and were willing to work around the block of time already reserved for someone else. Foolishly I agreed to this at a too-low set price because I really wasn't thinking about business.
They have just changed their dates to stay for an uninterrupted month a f t e r Labor Day. I checked Reskey for that same time last year and the booking is within $20 of same income. With no changeovers. A booking I was kind of dreading has turned into something much better.
