Lemon syrup?

Have you ever served lemon syrup to go over a baked blueberry dish or blueberry pancakes? How'd it go?

I made lemon pudding {sheriffs} and piped it over a stack of pancakes. In a strip pattern. It was a hit with our guests. Lemon and blueberries are a perfect marriage.

Well, I usually do it the other way around, lemon poppy seed pancakes with blueberry syrup. I'm sure it works the other way around.

I'm on my own. Trying to find something sweet I can bake to serve 6 at once. I'll put out both the lemon and the maple syrups.
