Is there a member here in / near Paris France?

In the very beginning stages of planning a trip to France. Is there a member b&b/inn near Paris or in Paris? Suggestions welcome.

There's someone on here occasionally from France, but I think they're in the Lyon area, which is quite a way from Paris.
I can sure recommend the apartment we booked in Paris via VRBO last May, but it may be larger than you need. We needed 3 bedrooms so booked a roomy place! But the location was wonderful, by the Saint-Michel metro stop just across the Seine from Notre Dame.

I stayed at a very small hotel near the Sorbonne. Let me see if I can find it for you. Very quiet (once the football hooligans left) . Easy walk to the Louvre and the Musee Cluny and the Rodin museum.

Well, I've asked my daughter and she can't remember, either. But, rue St Jacques, is right around where we stayed. Close to the metro, Notre Dame, everything I wanted to see. Back then, 1998, yikes! it was a good neighborhood. Very small hotel. Probably 5 rooms per floor. Tiny balcony. Across from an apartment house where everyone had flowers on their balconies. Just what you want in Paris.

We stayed in this one. 3rd bedroom is more like a closet than a bedroom but it was fine for 1 person. Other 2 bedrooms were great for an old building in this location. Two baths. Decent kitchen. Up 1 floor from ground. Restaurants everywhere. Short walk to groceries, post office. As I mentioned, metro stop just around the corner, Notre Dame about 3 blocks away.
