As many of you know, I'm not at my inn and never see most of my guests. They book and pay online, I send them a keypad code to enter their suite (each suite has it's own outside door), they stay, they leave. My keypads are internet-connected so from any location I can set the day/time their code starts working, and the day/time it stops working.
My guests need to be pretty self-sufficient, since there's no staff on site to do things for them, and it works well. In 3+ years I've only been contacted a couple of times by guests needing help with something.
So I'm thinking I don't need the guest who sent this message today via Facebook...
I'm gonna reserve a room how long is the code good for like if we leave to go eat
