Take a look. People pay to subscribe, so you know they are sincerely interested in finding a position. It does cost you to advertise.
People get the email each week about available positions, plus there is the online listing.
Least amount is
Classified ads cost $0.65/word per issue - and go online at www.caretaker.org for two months plus being published in our print issue. Add $10 for boxed ads and $20 for green-screened ads.
 
Go the the B & B Team website. They have classifieds where you can list
 
also search these boards. every once in awhile a person will post that they are looking for an innkeeper position.
 
Personally, I've had a lot of luck with Linkedin. There are loads and loads of discussion groups where you can get in touch with the relevant people. Just to get you started, here are a few you might find useful -

The best thing about choosing Linkedin is that you don't randomly pick and choose anyone. You get to see their profiles, their recommendations, their connections etc in one place and it is much easier to make a decision as well!
I would say, go try Linkedin first and if it doesn't work out, check for other avenues like Craigslist.
