And a Happy Easter to you Duff2014 and everyone else! It is a glorious day here in the North Country.
 
I hope all had a Happy Easter. I lived up to expectations and had dinner on the table at Noon and by 2:10 our PA visitors were on the road. Til Thanksgiving. This was one of the most pleasant holidays with them.
I put the ham in the crock pot last night with the maple syrup (from my home county - the Canadian from Harry & Carol is gone with my "practice" pancakes, excellent syrup also.
Son says in Finland they even get Monday off for Easter.
 
A successful but prep-heavy breakfast. I love it, though. Ham and asparagus mini-quiches and strawberry pancakes. With bunny and flower shaped fruit.
