I had a discussion with someone a TA about the term value. It's a completely useless statistic. For example, someone who lives in NYC might find that my rates are value, while someone who lives in Kansas City might find that I'm expensive. It means nothing without context.
We need to have some statistical information like standard deviation in order to see if the data is even relevant.
