My hubby is GF - we used to use rice pasta but it always got sticky and had to be eaten immediately. We now use corn pasta, both spaghetti and rigatoni. No one an tell it's GF. There are several brands -- we use Sams Mill and DeBoles. Note that the next day it is really hard so it has to be eaten the same day.OK, I want to know the brand of pasta that the study subjects could not tell was gluten free!.
