Calabacitas are a nice side dish alternative in the summer instead of potatoes if you ever do any southwestern style entrees.

Squash is a brand like Coke. Lemon Lime Squash or Orange Squash. I have never heard it refer to apple juice. It is fruit flavored, not real juice or maybe a little juice in it like a cordial.

Really? I always heard it used as a citrus drink. A Lemon Squash or an Orange Squash. More akin to a lemonade or orangeade made with club soda and juice.

We call it orange crush. Crush/squash close enough. Squash has juice in it however.
