I am totally exhausted and still have band rehearsal tonight BUT:
I no longer have a full-size bed in ANY room (or in the house). Thank you Mission.
There is now a king bed in the Gillum Room (and the night stands too). I still have to take measurements for the bookcase headboard I want to replace those night stands.
The Harris Room now has a 2-poster queen-size bed (the footboard posts are not going back on the bed). Night stands fit there also.
There is more room than I expected to have with the bigger beds.
I have about another hour of work to put things back to guest-ready. Putting lamps back, chamber pots back under the beds, that kind of stuff. I need to buy a LONG surge protector cord for the Gillum Room. The Harris Room is basically ready to go now.
The Mission guys put the king mattress on upside down (it has a bb envelope around it that has a broken zipper so they could not tell). I discovered it when I went to put the mattress pad on. I am proud to say I flipped that sucker all by myself - I huffed and I puffed, and I figured out how to do it. YEA. Maybe photos tomorrow. The Mission sent 3 guys and I slipped each of them a $20. (They did have to dismantle the Gillum bed but it was easier than I thought it would be - the sideboards came out of the slots and DH's "fix" was in the center of the sideboards.)
