I don't have one, but I'm thinking I should add it, too. I would probably go with the $10 for us here. We're small, and we really don't have that many cancellations. The fee would mostly be to recoup the cc charges. And none of my colleagues here in town have one (at least, I don't think they do... maybe I should double check that!).
