Hello! I have a three bedroom B&B in southwestern Ohio and I've been in business for almost four years now. Lately it seems that EVERYONE is on some kind of diet or self imposed food restriction. I am finding it very hard to create a sit-down breakfast that all can enjoy. This year I am considering going with just a cold continental breakfast served between 8:00 - 10:00 AM because nobody can agree on a fixed time for breakfast either. I hate doing this as many people feel they are not getting the full B&B experience for their $$. Have any of you been faced with this and how did you resolve it?
