If this article is true, I agree with Flower. It only hurts your company when the CEO takes criticism personally and retaliates like a spoiled child! Same goes for our own small companies. Remain professional in all interactions with guests.
WOW . I guess my thought is it takes all kinds of people to run a company .I guess he is still learning curve or has one big ego. Or maybe a bit of both .
As a customer I feel bad for the writer to be treated like that.
Personally I think that the author has exaggerated a bit.
When you come to an event with 3.000 other people, why would you be surprised by things running one hour late? I know it is not a rock concert where you should expect a 4-hour delay, but come on... Where there are crowds there are always delays, especially when you are presenting something.
