Made individual baked oatmeal cups, some with blueberries and some with strawberries. No takers. We only had two rooms to breakfast and we do put out a big spread (all buffet), but I was disappointed.
I brought the leftovers to my office. I'll see if I get more takers here.
Not ready to give up on them yet. I think they are a great make ahead 'carb' to use in between pancakes and French toast.
I did put a sign out so guests knew what they were. Next time I'll walk through saying, "I made homemade baked oatmeal, have you ever tried it?" Sometimes, the mention gets people curious.
