Another unfreindly review

You can say we have multiple 'unfriendly' reviews and should learn from them. And we will. But we also have many more, 'they are so nice and friendly' reviews. So I guess it's a busy day. This particular person mentioned that they got to know the other guests. Makes me wonder if they were engaged in friendly conversation with other guests so we just didn't want to interrupt.
Anyway, fantasy response: Look, I do this alone. Me. No one else. While you were branding me unfriendly, I was arguing with TA over a charge for a cancelled booking, cleaning the kitchen because I just made breakfast for 14, folding laundry, loading the garbage into my truck to take to the dump (we don't have trash pick up in this town) and organizing the incoming checkins for the day. In the meantime, every time I saw you, you were talking to someone else, should I have interrupted??

Can we review guests? The ones who never crack a smile? Who look around like they wonder who made these reservations, we never would have picked this place?

Love to review a guest. But I bet you a dozen of donuts TA would Never put it up. ! Not ever . LOL dreaming does open wonderful windows to our soul.

Really .. I am so surprized that they allow reviews of our guests. But it is a double edge sword is it not ? I don't look at TA so was not aware of such adventure.
