Award winning Bed and Breakfast in the historic district, one-half block from the Capitol.
Year round business. $300K if you work hard all year.
Room for expansion to add more rooms. Another $100K a year. Pay them off in one season.
Zoning is eligible for marijuana retail outlet, marijuana cafe, marijuana manufacturing (edibles, wax, etc), marijuana test facility. Another $XXXK a year. You decide.
Excellent food service opportunity as well.
$1,750,000.00
This is a real business and not a hobby!!
Lifetime opportunity, and you get to live in ALASKA!!!!!
We have both lived here for over 40 years and are not leaving town, nor the State. This is our home.
Don't hesitate.

Except of course if you get into the MJ business, you no longer have a bank you can deal with.

All this info and no link and no contact info, I guess you don't really want to sell?

Actually, rec shops in Washington State now take credit cards. So there is bank affiliation, and it is increasing as the industry gains traction. It is only a matter of time. And since you need a business license to operate, it's two distinct entities and taking credit cards at the B&B would not be affected. MJ is typically cash and carry anyway.
Our loan is through our local bank. They know our business quite well obviously, so obtaining a loan through them would not be any hassle. They are very pro business.

.
The US government still has laws against providing banking service to anyone in the MJ business... which is why that business is cash and carry... and has all those body guards all the time.
