Dang - there are 3 in WV. I have been to 2 of them. Both are excellent and in great locations for business (ALL are in great locations for demand for occupancy). One is in an especially growing area for tourism.

Not to be captain obvious here, but there are plenty of sites with B&B's for sale, so unless we know the inn or it is one of us, not sure why we should even bother sharing it?
There are like dozens+ in my state listed, and I am sure dozens if not more in PA for sale. Just sayin' unless we are helping an innmate out who participates here regularly, there are a handful here for sale too (no not asking for anyone to share them here, just thought I would mention it, as I didn't the last five times this happened).

There are like dozens+ in my state listed, and I am sure dozens if not more in PA for sale. Just sayin' unless we are helping an innmate out who participates here regularly, there are a handful here for sale too (no not asking for anyone to share them here, just thought I would mention it, as I didn't the last five times this happened)..

When it was first posted it took you to the place for sale. I post these for those wanting to be innkeepers. Most of them I lived nearby at one time, seen myself, etc. Just getting the word out! Sorry if it offended you. I didn't mean it.

THAT explains one of them! Ot was just sold about a year ago. I was surprised to see it there. I know the other 2 are current though.

Comics and classified were always my favorite sections of the paper, never know what you might find interesting. I once bid on and bought a house from a classified advertisement (no land, just the house, cash and carry) for about 2500. Silly maybe, but it seemed like a deal at the time, had it moved and spent a couple of years working, but eventually had a nice investment.
