Thanks for the advice because I was starting to get a little paranoid--thinking oh my god when I saw some of the pics--of other places. I wish I could download some pics of my place to get some feedback but I just can't get it to work. I must be computer challenged!

Believe me if we do weddings it will be small only--probably leaning toward 10-20 max. The "Just the Two of Us" type of wedding would be ideal. My daughter just got married this summer and they had it at his parents lodge on the Mirimichi River---all I can say is thank God!!

Small weddings will be something we would do--the location is perfect unless the bride and groom get hit with a wayward golfball! Could someone tell me the websites of other B&B's that do small packages for elopements?

Since you seem to be a computer wizard why am I still having difficulty posting pics? I am doing what they say but I am still getting upload failed.

We have all leather in our great room and I like the easy care of it. We had corporate business meeting a few weeks ago and they loved the look. I spiced it up with some bright throw pillows(it is black). I also have 2 leather recliners in the upstairs TV loft--very comfy/

Do you use formal registration cards? Where could I find a sample? Its a great way to keep info and maybe birthdays of patrons etc.

So do you offer cots then?

We researched many B&B's in our area and we settled on 95-110 per night . We would not be the most expensive nor the cheapest --right in the middle.. I did notice some charge 15-20 for extra person --I take it that is for a third person? Pretty tough if its only a double room.
