The thing that bugs me the most? Being the conscientious person that I am, now I'm second-guessing everything I do all day. This, too, shall pass I'm sure, but in the meantime, I'm driving myself crazy. Oh, and in less than 15 hours, they used 5 coffee cups!

I'm on the Board of Directors. Yes, very worthwhile. Not necessarily for the listing and putting heads in beds, though they do have a really nice website. But really worth it for the networking, education and advocacy. Lots going on in our legislature that may effect B&B's and small businesses.

I'm on one of those FB groups for innkeepers. An innkeeper just posted that she need some help with a situation. Apparently she has some guests in a room that are making full use of the room and she has sent them a text and an e-mail and has asked them to leave because they might be disturbing...

We also do both. Depends on the time of year and other factors. But, if I need to go somewhere or have plans mid-week for a day or two, and I know well enough in advance, then I'll just close. For example, we're planning to take daughter on some college visits in January, so we'll just close...
