That's wonderful! I had multi-nighters check out this morning. After they presented me with $400 of BandBdotcom gift cards, with commissions costing me $80, I was certain they'd had left me a tip. Nope! Just a dozen empty bottles for recycling. I really shouldn't complain, I've been 98%...

That would never work here. Too strict. Guests have over 150 B&B's to choose from. They'd just go somewhere else.

We are also calling the plumber this morning. Sump pump attached to washer drain hoses seems to have stopped working. While we have him here, we'll have him put a new shut off valve on the supply line to the toilet on the 3rd floor.

So, part of the prize includes an all-day regional training event. The one I will attend is in DC on April 19. So, they fly me into DC on the 18th, put me up at a hotel for two nights (where the event is being held) and I have to fly back the morning of the 20th. It had to be in the morning...
