    For a 3rd party paying for someone elses reservation we have been requiring a faxed/scanned/mailed statement approving the charges as well as a copy of their drivers lic. With all the fraud going on you can't be to careful.

    Wrinkled sheets...

    We use wrinkle free sheets. We usually buy them on sale at the mall stores. That way if the sheets are not so wrinkle free we can take them back. As said above, dry one set at a time and get them out of the dryer as soon as they are dry.

    I run them often with out result. We try like hell not to discount our rooms so we put together a package and discount the stuff in the package to get to the 20% saving requirement. We get calls from folks that have seen us on the hot deal...they alway ask for a discount off the room rate...
