Hello!
We are looking for an on-site caretaker/property manager at our beautiful estate in Steamboat Springs, CO where we host weddings, retreats, and reunions. We have employed couples in the past and have not found it to work well at our property so are looking for an individual. This individual could have a significant other, which of course could live on site with him/her and have a job elsewhere.
We need someone with a lot of maintenance and trouble-shooting experience. Experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, small engine mechanics, pool operations and lawn maintenance is a must! A jack of all trades, but a master of none; just great work ethic and drive is what we need! For more details about the position, pay, and the Estate please visit our website.
