A couple comes to check in, during my welcome spiel I ask if they have anything they can not or do not eat for breakfast.
The guest replies 'we are easy, we eat anything and sometimes we eat a lot of it'
This AM he made sure he wasn't lying about it either!!!

Interesting thing is its just ONE very feral male cat. I thought others might come.... just him. He looks like an aircraft carrier from side view , he is old ,large and dark grey tones . Not friendly at all

He get canned salmon lots in the winter, I think he sleeps in neighbors large barn hay loft ? Snow prints go that way.....

My friend is the cat lady around here. She has 16 in her apt. Got busted the other night and has 30 days to relocate. So sad for her. I know she takes good care of them and the house is clean..but 16 is way over the top!!!!

We have a cat couple here. They bring food to the welcome center's garbage dumpster where the feral cat community hangs out. Cute little couple.

We have a LOT of feral cats in this town. Too many people feeding the $#*(&) things. When the City bought and took possession of the house next to City Hall, they had to go in with Haz-Mat suits because of all the cats she had. There were a couple rooms that had to be shoveled out - I kid you not. I do not know what happened to all the cats - they may have joined to population that keeps expanding.

Untouched leftovers get eaten by us!
Our neighbor behind us has two stray cats. One is named Calvin. He spends time here and look at us when we talk to him but won't let anyone near him.
We have the birds....they sit on the fences and wires and scold when the feeders are empty. When we bring out the seed, one bird will chirp...until the whole yard is chirping.
