We have had it on our phone for a couple months and love it! It gives us the number and the location it is calling from. It tells us if this number is mark as spam or scam. If it is a business phone it tells us the business name. The only thing we don't like is after you hang up it gives you the person's name…. Would like it before I picked up the call, but then you can check it against the name on the reservation, etc.

I have it as well. It really helps me when it is a known scammer. Today I got one that was listed as Scammy Spamerson and another from London with over 500 reports of scam.
Love it.

Yes, they are smartphones but not an iPhone.

Wikipedia says it's available for Android, BlackBerry OS, iOS, Series 40, Symbian s60, Firefox OS, Tizen, BlackBerry 10 and Windows Phone.
