Interesting. I only had one photo. The website info was right at the beginning when I signed on to claim the listing.I've been working on mine. I haven't yet found the place for the website.... Hint?
They had so many outdated pictures that it took me what seemed like hours to get through them. They were listed as 3rd party pictures.
It is true, once it is on the internet it is there for life!
I still get people that will say 'any room but the pink one'
Pink (actually a deep mauve) is under 2 other coats of paint by now!.
I couldn't see anything for your listing. I did see Brewster House and they look all set up. None of the B & B's in our town are listing. How would one go about doing that?Interesting. If you look on your online listing you have to click the tiny arrow that says hotel details. Then click more. It's buried in there so trivago gets their commission from the OTA's.
A lot of the details are pulled from booking, but the big blurb is what I set up.
I see I have to go fix the features section as they have terraces listed. Crap they pulled from booking that booking added on their own. And junk about parks and patios.
.

Yes. They bury the website link so you really have to look for it. I figured I was already on there with no info so better to try to get real info on there if I could.I saw yours, but they sent me to bookingdotcom when I clicked on it. Note their opening words, "We know all about hotels"..

I just looked at my listing on the site (what is live). The description is horrible. Old data, nothing that I placed in the system this past weekend and received notification of approval. They did however remove all the outdated pictures AND I found that they already had the link to my site.Morticia said:Interesting. I only had one photo. Hmm I will try again. None of the others use ota so that is why they don't appear. None of the others want to give money to them.Nothing? I can see all of it. To set up I got an invite.
Mimslyn is there. Victorian also. The guys aren't listed. It may be only if you're on an OTA.
Click on hotel manager to get the sign up page. Then fill in the info. Not sure they want to be listed if they're not in an OTA because it will probably always show 'no availability'.
.
Oh yeah, that's a hot mess. It might take up to a week, according to what I read.Interesting. I only had one photo. The website info was right at the beginning when I signed on to claim the listing.I've been working on mine. I haven't yet found the place for the website.... Hint?

I don't think you can update room info without paying them. But they shouldn't bring info over incorrectly.Apparently they pulled my photos from Expedia. Didn't classify/caption any of them. I tried to do it myself, but their interface wouldn't let me put in room names. I sent them this:
"Your system for classifying photos is horrific. It's impossible to match room photos with corresponding rooms. As a result, I've already had one of your guests book the wrong room and be quite irate about it. Get your programmers working on a way to better match up photos with rooms -- or just import the things correctly from Expedia since they own you anyway.
Oh, and your Captcha system is horrible too. I've just tried 3 times to read it and submit this.".
