So, we do complain about guests not listening but I'm always amazed at what they do remember. One guest this weekend asked Gomez to repeat one of his 'war' stories as he was sure he wasn't telling it right when he shared it. So, not only listening, but repeating!

This is one of those funny stories, too. Most of his stories are. Even the dangerous ones he makes into exciting adventures.

Still not listening here.......... Confirmation & told them on arrival about ordering breakfast. Must order night before morning breakfast,,,, time ,what you want to eat. First morn all went well ,second morn one room did not get breakfast . Some still don't read or listen ; (

had lady arrive - was booked by her friend who was also staying
Lady 1 about 80 walks with a stick
Lady 2 about 40 perfectly able and one who made the reservation - I said why didn't you let us know your friend doesn't walk very well? she said well I thought about it but decided not to, I said Its always best to say as even in a hotel there is no guarantee there is a lift, I said the room we had originally allocated her was on the top landing and its only by luck we had a ground floor room free.
