This comes in from a directory listing last night. If you were looking for a place to stay in an emergency, would you email from a directory or would you click the link to go right to the reservation page? (Or, a short detour to the rez page.) Or call?

Part of the rez was a very late check-in. I'm not answering the door at 1 AM if there are no reservations on the books already.

I'd probably call if I was looking for a place to stay in an emergency. Or I might possibly be out of my mind and email all over the place trying to figure out what to do and how I'm going to pay for it. Actually, I Know Someone like this ... it's more her than me. She goes into panic mode.

I don't think that in the case of an emergency I would email places and wait for a response.
I would normally call or just book direct online.
Interesting that they know how long this emergency is going to take.

I would call all my friends and every place around and grab what came up first….
